We used the wellness centre for the lovers secret massage and was not disappointed. The hotel is beautiful and well equipped, very well set out and furnished. There are beautiful views of the sea from its many set out loungers and nooks.
The wellness team were fantastic and very welcoming and accommodating. The massage itself took place outside in a set out area where all you could hear was the breeze and the waves of the sea. Our massage included champagne and chocolate which we were able to have in a beautiful location next to the massage area.
We definitely recommend and will be back

We felt more than welcome from the first minute on. The staff was welcoming, friendly and willing to help in all belongings.
The rooms are modern and perfectly clean, room service was twice a day.
We really enjoyed dinner in the buffet restaurant as it changed every day and had a great variance in taste.
Relaxing in the pool or in the outside area with direct access to the beach is a highlight.
We absolutely recommend staying here and we will definitely come back!
Lovely and luxurious hotel.
The rooms are spacious with queen size beds, very comfortable and a lovely balcony. Overseeing the beautiful Atlantic ocean and the sunrise.
Breakfast was included and the food was simply awesome.
The staff from Reception to room service and restaurant are very friendly, very approachable and very helpful.
The location of the hotel in Playa Del Carmen is excellent. The hotel has its own small private beach where they provide free Pilates and yoga early morning classes.

We have been at Hotel Fariones a couple of times now and it truly is a home away from home. Situated right by a beach with magnificent views of the ocean and the palm tree garden. We love the very pleasant aesthetics of the interior. The best thing about the Hotel is their absolutely wonderful staff. People with disabilities are welcome at Fariones and every individual accommodation will be taken care of. We cannot wait to be back soon.
